Operator and scope

MasterFix is browser-based audio processing and mastering software operated by Frank Staib, Kronenstr. 58, 40217 Düsseldorf, Germany. Contact: webmaster@masterfixaudio.com.

These terms describe use of the MasterFix application. Before completing a paid purchase, please also review the seller identity, purchase terms, tax treatment and final amount displayed in the checkout. Paid checkout is not yet available. No payment is taken through the currently disabled purchase controls.

What MasterFix provides

MasterFix analyses and processes audio selected on your device. You can listen to a free mastered preview of up to 60 seconds and compare the result before deciding whether to purchase access to a complete mastered export when checkout launches. Audio processing runs locally in your browser. MasterFix is software, rather than a human mastering, consulting, distribution or marketplace service.

Results depend on the source material, selected processing options, browser and device. MasterFix does not guarantee a particular artistic result or acceptance by a streaming platform. Technical problems can be reported through the contact address above. Nothing in these terms restricts mandatory rights concerning defective or incorrectly described digital products.

One-time packages

These are one-time purchases, without automatic renewal or a subscription. The final payable amount and applicable taxes will be shown before payment. Purchased uses are solely for MasterFix exports. They are not money, stored value, gift cards or a payment instrument; they cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.

When paid checkout is available, export entitlements are recorded server-side. Save the private recovery code shown before purchase. It lets you restore unused exports if browser data is cleared or you switch devices. Do not share it: anyone holding it can use the related purchases. One export use unlocks one source track; re-rendering the same identified track does not consume another use. Purchased unused uses do not expire. Processing a different source track consumes another use. Contact support if you cannot restore a purchase.

Your material and rights

You retain your rights in your audio. Only process recordings that you own or are authorised to use. You are responsible for checking the permissions applying to recordings created with third-party tools. Using MasterFix does not grant copyright, music licences or additional rights in third-party material.

MasterFix is independent of Suno, Udio and other music platforms. Mentioning those platforms does not imply affiliation, endorsement or sponsorship.

Browser operation and purchases

Keep a separate copy of your original audio. Processing state in a browser session may be lost if you close or reload the page or if your device interrupts processing. This does not limit rights attached to a completed purchase.

When Lemon Squeezy checkout is activated, Lemon Squeezy will process purchases as the reseller and Merchant of Record identified in its checkout. MasterFix will unlock paid access only after server-side confirmation of payment. A return URL or success message alone does not establish payment or entitlement.

Refunds and mandatory rights

See the Refund Policy. Mandatory consumer rights remain applicable. No blanket exclusion of refunds or automatic waiver of withdrawal rights is imposed by these terms. A future checkout must explain any request for immediate digital supply and any legally required consent before purchase.

Updates

The application and these terms may be updated. Applicable purchase terms and mandatory rights for an existing transaction are not replaced merely by changing this page. For questions, contact webmaster@masterfixaudio.com.

Technical requirements and prohibited use

Use a current browser supporting Web Audio, with enough device memory for your track. Audio decoding and available formats depend on your browser. Keep a backup of your original recording. Do not use MasterFix for unlawful material, infringement of third-party rights, attempts to bypass payment or access controls, or disruption of the service.

Responsibility and statutory rights

MasterFix does not guarantee commercial success, a specific streaming loudness result or acceptance by a platform. No limitation in these terms excludes or restricts liability or consumer remedies that cannot legally be excluded or restricted. Statutory rights relating to defective digital products remain unaffected.

Users must have the necessary rights or permission to process the audio they submit to MasterFix. MasterFix does not claim ownership of your music. MasterFix is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Suno, Udio, or other AI music platforms.
